The placement process generally follows these five steps, from a first enquiry through to ongoing management. Every installation remains subject to site assessment and agreement, and placement terms are discussed before installation begins.

Zoruvend installs at the agreed location and manages the product assortment.

We manage operations after installation
Zoruvend runs the ongoing operation; eligible facilities get a revenue-share opportunity.
What the managed service covers
Once the machine is in place, Zoruvend manages the vending operation. The facility does not need to build and run a separate snack-retail process.
Product rotation
Zoruvend manages the product assortment and rotation as part of ongoing machine operations.
Expiry management
Zoruvend manages expiry checks and product rotation for the stocked assortment.
Maintenance & repairs
Zoruvend manages machine servicing, maintenance and repairs.
Operational support
Zoruvend provides operational support for the managed vending service.

How a member buys from the machine
Inside the facility, a member can buy a sealed protein snack or drink in three steps at the machine. Product selection can vary by location.

A member picks a sealed protein snack or drink from the stocked shelves.
Scan and pay
Cashless, contactless payment at the machine. Any form of UPI works.
Collect and go
The selected product dispenses in its sealed packaging, ready to take away.
